Critically acclaimed winemaker Jean Durup reaasembled the vinevards of Chateau de Maligny, an estate managed during the last century by his great grandfather Paul Gally. This characteristically minerally Chardonnay from the highly respected Fourchaume vineards shouts out for food accompaniment! 2011 Mas Martinet Bru Priorat, Catalunya, Spain (Pat)

Winemaker Sara Parez sources biodynamically farmed grapes for this wine from a single hillside vineyard facing Montsant-fermented in oak vats and aged in French oak for 17months, this wine is non-filtered.
