Kvaszinger 2013 Estate Tokaji Furmint, Hungary (Jen)

Now, a new generation of winemakers is making beautiful dry wine from this same varietal, including Laszlo Kvasinger and his two sons., Gyorgy and Laszlo Jr. Rated 90pts Wine Enthusiast, “This dry Furmint has aromas of caramelized pineapple, citrus blossom, and peach with flavors of apricot, grapefruit and lemon lime. There is pleasant brightness in the crisp finish.” This pairs nicely with raw oysters, sushi, shellfish, or seafood dishes.
