A barrel maker named Jean Febvre founded Simonnet-Febvre in 1840. Maison Louis Latour acquired and updated the properties and facilities in 2003, and with new talented winemaker Jean-Philippe Archambaud in place have been delivering high quality, well-rated Chablis for seriously good prices! This version earned 88pts Robert Parker. Apple and granite scents draw you in to this reserved, classically styled Chablis with fresh acidity. Wonderful with oysters, white fish, or shrimp dishes.
