70% Pinot Blanc, 15% Riesling, and 15% Muscat make up this fruity and refreshing Sparkling. Francis Ford Coppola’s daughter Sofia was the inspiration behind the wine. Mellow flavors of apples and pears are topped by hints of citrus and honeysuckle.
