Brightly aromatic, 2.5% residual sugar gives this wine beautiful texture and a crisp finish. The label is a linocut that depicts St. Benedict’s Raven. According to legend, a raven would bring the 6th Century monk food during his time as a hermit in the mountains near Subiaco, Italy.

From the Milhade family (third generation Bordeaux landowners), this wine is sourced from the Chateau Tour d’Auron vineyard just 3 miles from Pomerol.
