Francis Ford Coppola “Sofia” 2014 Blanc de Blancs Sparkling, Monterey, California (Carolyn)
70% Pinot Blanc, 15% Riesling, and 15% Muscat make up this fruity and refreshing Sparkling. Francis Ford Coppola’s daughter Sofia was the inspiration behind the wine. Mellow flavors of apples and pears are topped by hints of citrus and honeysuckle. Elegant and light, yet vibrant on the finish, it pairs well with cheeses, fried appetizers and is the perfect reception for entertaining! 12% abv, off-dry.
