Catena DV 2017 “Tinto Historico” Red, Mendoza, Argentina (Andres)
Domingo Vicente Catena founded Catena in 1908. His original red table wine, similar to this blend, graced the tables of many of elegant Buenos Aires cafes in the 1930s. This replica blend of 72% Malbec, 21% Bonarda and 7% Petit Verdot features brooding blackberry fruit notes with touches of fresh floral aromatics and a smooth, rich, spicy finish. Enjoy with grilled meats. Rated 94pts James Suckling!

Chateau Cabrières 2017 Cotes du Rhone VV, France (Jen & Jerry)
Just on the edge of Chateauneuf-du-Pape sits the village of Orange, where Chateau Cabrières is located. Cabrières, from the Latin word “Capraria”, translates to “where goats roam”, and grapes have been grown here since the 1300s! In fact, a stone bread oven door was found on the property dating back to the 14th or 15th centuries. This red, comprised of equal parts Syrah and Grenache grown in clay/limestone soil, exudes bright strawberry and raspberry fruit notes with soft tannins and delightful spice notes. Fresh and energetic, this is the perfect red to enjoy slightly chilled on the porch with some cheese and charcuterie, or with pizza grilled on a pizza stone.

La Motte 2020 Sauvignon Blanc, Franschhoek Valley, South Africa (Aron)
La Motte was established by French Huguenot Pierre Joubert, named after a small village in Provence. We were shown this fresh and lively Sauvignon Blanc recently and loved the vibrant melon, gooseberry and lime notes. The acidity is balanced (not overwhelming) and the palate silky soft and very dry. Pair with salads topped with goat cheese, or seafood dressed with citrus-based dressing. This wine recently won Gold at Mundus Vini, an International Wine Competition.

Broc Cellars 2020 Love Rosè, North Coast, California (Pat)
This dry yet expressive Rosè was crafted from 85% Valdiguie (formerly known as Napa Gamay), 14% Zinfandel and 1% Trousseau, all from the North Coast of Calfornia. Only native yeasts are used in the fermentation process, and the wine is bottled unfiltered, which means, there might be some sediment in the bottom of the bottle and this is normal!
