Hiro Junmai Sake and Hiro Junmai Ginjo Sake are two premium sakes using specially polished rice from the Murakami plain in the Niigata Region of Japan. These sakes have garnered rave reviews from Wine Spectator and were both awarded the Chairman’s Trophy at the 2013 Ultimate Wine Challenge.
