The highly-rated red and white Bordeaux wines of Chateau Lafont Menaut, run by Château Carbonnieux’s owner (Phillibert Perrin), will headline our Saturday wine tasting, including their 2010 red blend that was Wine Spectator’s “Top Value” 2010 Bordeaux pick! A rising estate in the heart of Pessac-Léognan on the Left Bank, Lafont Menaut produces great quality wines at superb prices. We will also travel to the Right Bank in Bordeaux and taste the delicious 2010 Chateau Croix Figeac Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, and journey to other corners of Southwest France to taste a new, favorite rosé wine and the rare “Les Rials” white wine, an annual Mills’ customer favorite wine that just arrived.
