Non-Vintage Simonet Vin Mousseux Blanc de Blancs Brut Sparkling, France (Jessica)

Cave de Wissembourg produces this dry Sparkling wine made entirely of Chardonnay. It’s not Champagne because it’s not from the Champagne region of France, but at this price, who cares? Yeasty with citrus, bread and apple notes, crisp and bubbly and ready to enjoy as an aperitif or with a wide variety of appetizers.

Regularly: $10.00

Mills Club: $9.00

Case Price: $8.00

Raymond Usseglio 2015 “Les Cloux” Blanc, Rhone, France (Jessica)

Equal parts Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Roussanne grapes from vineyards worked by hand in the same way Stephane Usseglio works his Chateauneuf-du-Pape vineyards. The parcel “Les Claux” is a lieu-dit (named vineyard) that borders Lirac in the commune of Saint Genies de Comolas. This bright white wine has distinct peppery notes, and will be a great pairing with an arugula salad or seafood dishes.

Mills Club: $21.59

Case Price: $19.19

Wilhelm 2015 “Prendo” Pinot Grigio, Alto Adige, Italy (Tim)

Try this fresh, crisp new Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige, the best region for Pinot Grigio in Italy! Lively with pear, lemon, lime and apple flavors and a smooth, harmonic finish, this wine makes a splendid aperitif but will also work well with salads, pastas, and grilled vegetables.

Manoir du Carra 2014 Julienas “Les Bottieres”, Beaujolais, France(Jessica)

Made from 100% Gamay from 50 year old vines planted in granite and schist soils, this Cru Beaujolais is aged in large oak foudre before being bottled unfiltered. Displaying spicy red currant and blackberry aromas, this is well balanced and has soft tannins and a long finish. Try with cheeses, chicken or pork dishes.

Gen del Alma 2014 “Gene” Tinto de Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina (Pat D.)

Wow! This is a great value Bordeaux styled blend, comprised of 50% Malbec, 15% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Merlot aged in 3rd use oak barrels. Exploding with rich berry and cherry fruit, dried herbs, forest floor, cocoa and crème de cassis this wine features a velvety midpalate and a minerally, crushed rock driven finish. Pair with grilled burgers, lamb chops, or steak fajitas.

Domaine de Durban 2014 Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, France (Andres)

Elevate your dessert course with this Kermit Lynch imported Beaumes de Venise from Southern Rhone. Domaine de Durban stands on the site of a former Roman healing springs station, atop a picturesque plateau in the Vaucluse. Muscat a Petits Grains Blanc is grown in clay and limestone soils and is hand harvested, then fermented in stainless steel. Neutral spirit is added to stop fermentation, and aging occurs in cement and stainless steel before bottling. This Beaume-de-Venise is the most celebrated Muscat in the entire appellation, and the Leydier family deserves all the credit. This would be a super pairing with chocolate, caramel desserts and would also work with fruit based desserts.

Regular Price: $20.99/375ml bottle

Mills Club: $18.89

Case Price: $16.79
